You delivered the video on the Friday they asked for. The post went live on Monday. The campaign ran exactly the way the brief said it should. The brand was happy.
Then the invoice went quiet.
It's been three weeks. You've sent two polite follow-ups. The second one had a smiley face you didn't really feel. The brand's marketing contact is still warm but vague — "chasing it with finance, sorry for the delay!" — and you're starting to wonder whether your third email should be slightly less polite, or whether being less polite is what gets you blacklisted next quarter.
If this scene is familiar, you've been operating on the wrong side of one of the most quietly broken parts of the creator economy. Today we're launching a free tool to fix it: Talentir Get Paid.
The Problem We Built This For
Talentir's core platform helps brands pay creators properly — faster, in the right currency, with proper invoicing, without the friction that turns creator partnerships into resentment.
But the rest of the industry still operates on the old workflow. The brand commissions the work. The creator delivers. The creator invoices. The invoice sits in someone's Accounts Payable queue for 30, 60, sometimes 90 days. The creator chases politely, then less politely, then gives up.
This is the half of the relationship that even our own platform doesn't fix when the brand isn't a Talentir customer. So we built something that does.
Get Paid is free, doesn't take a cut of your invoice, and works whether the brand is on Talentir or not.
What Get Paid Actually Does
In one sentence: Get Paid sends polite, professional, well-timed payment reminders to brands on your behalf — from you, not from us — until the invoice actually lands.
More specifically:
- You tell us who owes you what
- We draft six ready-to-send reminders, on the right cadence, written in the right tone
- You review and edit anything you want before each one goes out
- We send them on your behalf, but the emails arrive from your address, so replies come straight back to you
- You can edit, skip, or stop the whole sequence at any time — 24 hours before each reminder, you get a preview
The brand sees nothing but a series of professional reminders from a creator they already have a relationship with. There's no third-party logo. No legal threat. No language that feels like the situation has been escalated. The reminders are written the way you'd write them on your best day, sent on the schedule that actually works — which means you don't have to keep remembering to send them yourself.

How It Works (in Three Steps)
Step 1: Tell us who owes you
The amount, the work description, and their billing email. Attach the invoice if you have one — it's optional. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you generate one in seconds (more on that below).
Step 2: Review your reminders
We draft six ready-to-send reminders for you, spaced across a realistic chasing timeline. You edit the wording, add or remove any, and reorder them before they go out. The defaults are written in the tone most creators wish they had the energy to write themselves — friendly, professional, slightly firmer with each one.
Step 3: We chase — you approve
We send the nudges on your behalf, on the schedule you approved. You get a preview 24h before each one and can edit, skip, or stop the sequence entirely.
The whole setup takes about three minutes the first time. After that, it runs itself.

The Questions Everyone Asks
We've shown this to a few hundred creators in the lead-up to launch, and the same three questions come up every time.
"Is this debt collection?"
No. These are first-party reminders from you, sent on your behalf. We preview every reminder 24h ahead, so you can edit, skip, or stop it before it goes out. The brand sees a normal payment reminder from someone they already work with — not a collections agency, not a third party, nothing that would damage the relationship.
"Will the brand know Talentir is involved?"
The emails come from you, via Talentir, and replies reach you directly. Functionally, the brand experiences it as you sending a reminder. You can mention Talentir if you want to, or you can leave it entirely invisible.
"What does it cost?"
It's free for creators. Always. No fees, no subscription, no cut taken from the invoice when it gets paid. Get Paid pays for itself by helping us serve the broader creator economy — not by charging the people it's designed to help.
And If You Don't Have an Invoice Yet
The other thing we noticed while researching this launch: a lot of creators don't have an invoice at all, because nobody ever showed them how to make one that looks professional. The brand asks for an invoice as a precondition for payment, and the creator spends an hour fighting with Word templates or Excel before sending something that may or may not look credible.
So we also built Talentir Invoice Generator — a free tool that creates a clean, professional PDF invoice in seconds. No account required, no watermark, no catch.
Fill in the From, To, and line-item details. The invoice generates in real time as you type — you can watch it taking shape next to the form. Download as PDF when you're done. Send it to the brand. Then plug the same details into Get Paid, and the chasing starts automatically.

The two tools are designed to work together. Invoice Generator gets you a professional invoice instantly; Get Paid makes sure it actually gets settled.
Who Get Paid Is For
If you are a Creator or a Freelancer and any of these describe your last six months, Get Paid was built for you:
- You've delivered work to a company and waited weeks for payment
- You've written follow-up emails that felt awkward to send
- You've considered giving up on an invoice rather than pursue it further
- You've turned down a brand collaboration because their payment reputation was bad
- You've accepted lower rates from a brand because at least they pay quickly
Get Paid doesn't solve every part of this — payment delays will keep happening as long as Accounts Payable teams exist — but it removes the part that lives on your desk. You stop being the chaser. The chasing happens on your schedule, in your voice, without consuming your week.
Why We Built It
When we started Talentir, we thought of ourselves as building infrastructure for the brands and agencies paying creators. That's still the core of the platform, and brands using Talentir today pay creators faster, in their preferred currency, with proper invoicing absorbed automatically.
But the more we worked with creators, the more we noticed that even the best brand-side infrastructure doesn't help the creators working with brands that haven't adopted it yet. And there's a long tail of brands that won't be modernising their payment workflow this year, or next year, unless they have a strong reason to do so.
Get Paid and Invoice Generator are how we serve the creator side of the relationship in the meantime.
If you've got an invoice that's been quiet for a few weeks, the right time to set up the first chasing sequence is roughly now — every additional week of silence makes the payment slightly less likely to land at all.
Stop chasing. Get paid.
